Homeschool Blog Awards

I know I’m a bit late posting this, but that is how I wanted it.  Believe it or not,  I was nominated in two categories this year.  I didn’t win, but to be nominated was staggering to me.  I always intended to post a thank you to the people who put angelicscalliwags forward, but I wanted to wait until after the voting had ended.  I couldn’t bring myself to ask for votes (typical English reticence!), however I didn’t want the occasion to pass without expressing how honoured I felt to be nominated.

I was nominated in two categories.  The first was Super Homeschooler Blog.  I’ve already individually thanked the person who nominated me for this category.  The second was Favourite Homeschool Mum Blog.  I don’t know who nominated me for this but truly, whoever it was, thank you.  It was such a lovely surprise when I received notification of my nomination and really made my day.

Thank you to both of you for thinking of me, I had a great, big, soppy smile on my face when I told Gary and the children!

  1. I don’t know what this is but had I known I would have voted for you. This is the only homeschool blog I am subscribed to. I only have so much time so limit computer time as much as possible. There are many other out there I have looked at but yours is by far the best one for inspiration and love shining through.

  2. Congratulations on your well-deserved nominations. I would have voted for you, too. Thank you for sharing your homeschool adventure with all of us. You are A#1 in my book!
    Have a fantastical day, Claire:)

  4. Amen to all the lovely and very well-deserved comments! I LOVE your blog… it always feels as if I have popped in to ‘visit’ a friend for a cup of tea and have come away refreshed and blessed. A great, big South African hug to you!
