Healthy vegan wrap

Over the last few weeks we have been having wraps for lunch. I can’t believe I haven’t discovered them before now! They are delicious, really healthy with little to no un-natural ingredients (I say little because I did not make the wraps).

You need:

  • Wrap
  • Humous
  • Edamame beans
  • Spinach
  • Watercress
  • Avocado
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Peppers – red, yellow, green
  • Any other salad greens or herbs

Spread the hummus generously over the surface of the wrap. Chop salad bits into small pieces and place in the centre. Add edamame beans and avocados. Fold wrap however you like and enjoy!
