L13 has been incredibly blessed to have been approached by long time readers of my blog, asking if she could maybe become email pen pals with their respective daughters. She has had one for a few months now and they email each other almost daily and she is about to begin writing to another pen pal, who is interested in exchanging thoughts and ideas about jewellery.
Charlotte would also love to have an email pen pal, preferably a girl a similar age (she will be fourteen in October) or older who loves to write and who would be interesting sharing their writing with her and reading her writing in return; someone who would enjoy sharing ideas and book lists.
Charlotte adores reading almost anything, is passionate about most music genres and loves to write and learn about God.
Obviously, for safety reasons, it would need to be a daughter of someone I am familiar with (ie who has left messages or even better has a blog of their own).
If any of you have a daughter (or are a daughter) who would like to be email pen pals with my very quirky and fun loving twin, please leave a comment or drop me an email.
Thank you x
Hi,
I have only posted on here once and on facebook a couple of times but if you are interested my oldest daughter turns 13 next week and would like to be her pen pal. I completely understand if I am too new here and you are not comfortable with it. If you would like to get to know us better to see if it would work out we would be happy to do that as well.
Jess, thank you, I am sure Charlotte would love to be your daughter’s penpal. Would you be able to email me at angelicscalliwags at btopenworld dot com?
Hi Claire! I have a 16 year old daughter who says to tell you everything you just said is Charlotte’s favorite thing is also her favorite thing. We’re in the states (New Mexico) and I realize my daughter is older than Charlotte, but I’ve been reading your blog several years now and know that your kids are quite mature, so I think it would be a good fit. My daughter is also in the process of writing her own novel, sings, reads voraciously and loves discussing it and telling others what they “have to” read :-). She also plays the guitar and is teaching herself violin. Let me know if you haven’t found someone yet.
Hi Tara, I am SO sorry I have taken so long to respond to this. The reviews I am doing are taking so much longer than I thought they would 🙁
Charlotte would love to write to your daughter! We had a great response, so she has a few pen pals now, but enjoys writing so much that she is more than happy to have another one! Would you mind contacting me via my blog email (angelicscalliwags at btopenworld dot com) and we’ll set it up. Thank you and again, I’m very sorry it has taken me so long to answer.
It’s a shame Princess is younger. She’s probably my best one at writing people.
I’m sure my daughters would love to email but they are not really in the right age ranges. My oldest daughters are adults and my littlest two are not really ready for internet/email access. What a fun learning experience though 🙂
