Scrawlr Box Unboxing

It’s funny how when one steps away from one’s blog, how difficult it is to come back to it. I’ve had an essay due for my master’s which has taken up every last bit of energy I have. I’m doing okay with my YouTube videos, I think in part because I find them so relaxing to make. They are becoming the thing I do to relax! Anyway, I really don’t want to neglect my website in this season of busyness. So, I thought perhaps if I just posted my next You Tube video it might kickstart me posting more regularly. This is actually a video I posted about three weeks ago and is a Scrawlrbox unboxing, in addition to me using the contents of the box.

Scrawlrbox Unboxing

Scrawlrbox unboxing seems to be quite popular on YouTube. If you don’t know what Scrawlrbox is, it’s a monthly subscription box full of art supplies. These are super good quality supplies and they help me to branch out with my very limited art skills. In the video, I play about with some Pentel Brush pens and attempt to make some elephant postage stamps:

I also chat about Scrawlrbox as a possible homeschool resource.

I’ve done a couple of other posts on Scrawlrbox unboxing, one was with chalk pastels and the other was with some amazing high pigment watercolours. I’ll leave the latests Scrawlrbox unboxing below:

I have a few other videos up which I’ll share over the next few days, with the hope that it will reinvigorate me to start writing again. I feel like I have fingers in many pies and need to (mixing metaphors here) get my pies (yes, I know, it should be ducks…but stay with me) in a row. Basically, I need to get a bit more organised instead of running around like a headless chicken (good grief, she’s moved onto chickens now…).

What I’m trying to say (very badly) is that I’m back!
