Hey there! If you are a long term reader, you will know that I usually take December off from blogging. This year I have decided to do something a little differently. I intend to reblog our Christmas traditions, as well as posting some posts I wrote (but never published) last year around the time of our home made Christmas. These posts will contain simple ideas for creating the easy and inexpensive home-made gifts we gave last year. This year we are also doing a ‘home-made Christmas’ but as my children read my blog it is a little difficult to post any of those ideas, hence the reason for last year’s gifts 😉
Just before Christmas I will post a December Precious Moments followed by my Yearly Wrap-Up and then the blog will be quiet for a week. I will begin regular postings at the start of January. As I like to spend the Christmas period focused solely on my family, I will have the Christmas posts scheduled, so I am able to spend as much time away from the computer as possible. This will mean I won’t be available to reply to comments or emails for the run up to Christmas; but I promise to get back into the groove during the week between Christmas and New Year, and reply to them all!
I do hope all of you will have an exciting and relaxing (if the two aren’t oxymorons…) December and that all your Christmas wishes come true. Thank you for journeying with me through 2016. I have enjoyed all our interactions and the friendships I have built online. It is you guys which make blogging one of my favouritist activities, and I am looking forward to next year very much in deed 🙂
Merry Christmas to you. I can’t wait to start the season. We have nutcracker this weekend and then we can really begin to enjoy all the wonderful aspects of advent.
Blessings, Dawn
Thanks Dawn. I hope you have a lovely time too
Merry Christmas to you and yours!
And to you too!
Merry Christmas! I’ve enjoyed reading your posts this year.
Thank you!
Merry Christmas/Happy New Year in advance, and I hope that you all enjoy your month immensely! I’ll read your posts with great enjoyment.
Thanks Erin. And a happy new year to you too
Have a wonderful Christmas! And I do quite understand about publishing your projects before you’ve given the present. Most of my holiday posts are posted at least a year after the time I wrote them.
Lol! Happy new year Ticia!
